Culver’s

Heibing Agency and Culver’s approached RMNG to manage production and location procurement for a 17-market program across the US. The program aimed to build a “Culver’s From Wisconsin with Love” activation experience. Inclusive of a 50×50 footprint with different key activation elements including a barn facade, fabricated characters, a life-size Plinko board, a cheese sculptor, a digital touch screen that included facts about the brand, its famous butter burgers and its Wisconsin dairy roots, a fabricated piggybank cow, and even a live cow where approved. The activations launched within high foot traffic critical markets for the brand, and samples of frozen custard and cheese curds were handed out to attendees (along with coupons from the Culver’s reps).

Many guests spoke highly of the brand. Some of our guests were cult fans and traveled far distances to come to the activation. Families were excited for an activity to bring their children to in high accessible areas within their markets, happily exploring the unique Culver’s experience. 

RMNG’s key role in this program was production, and the client was very happy with the assets designed and executed to create this experience.
