Rubio’s

Our program began with the superior branding of our truck and a highly anticipated group training and tasting. Our trial day brought essential insight that prepared our team for a successful tour! We traversed five counties and four major markets to bring forth the new flavors of Rubio’s and Richard Blais. From the coast to the inner cities, we were welcomed with hungry guests who all had a distinct experience and favorite Rubio’s dish. By the end of the tour, our teams were working flawlessly inching towards our goal to sell out each day.

The tacos got raving reviews and people got an all new sense of Rubio’s, a California staple.
